The friend is a minor and must follow the directions of her parents. If there are problems at home, she should talk to a teacher, school counselor, or other trusted adult.

No, you are not emancipated. You could have significant legal problems if you try to do so, as could the 18 year old.

- its been 4 days so far

No one could answer that question with the given information. People held for probation violations tend to be locked up longer, than those who only are facing a new charge. If your son has no previous record generally the State will recommend a deferred adjudication meaning if he completes probation successfully the charge will not be on his record.
