Q: I need information on what exactly an agents warrant is and why they are issued.

My fiance has been sitting in jail on an agents warrant for over 3 weeks. There are no plans of extradition at this time and he feels that he is being wrongfully imprisoned.

He needs to get a private criminal defense attorney and if he is indigent, the public defender can be appointed, probably.

You have a problem. A chapter 7 trustee may be entitled sell the entire parcel and give you your half of the net proceeds unless you purchase the half interest that the chapter 7 trustee has in the property.

Do you have permission to use the public land for the event? If so, it would depend upon the terms of the permit, as well as the public land law in your jurisdiction (You fail to mention whether the public land belongs to the state, the federal government, or another public body).

Q: can a judge make me get my ged if i have a learning disability

my charges were dropped but to get off probation i have to get my ged first of all im 18 and i just got diagnosed with a learning disability. and i have till December to get my ged or i have to serve 90 days in jail.

Ask your attorney. It does not sound to me like the charges were dropped if you are on probation.

If you were served papers, you should make sure and hire a lawyer to respond before a default judgment is entered against you. Whether or not you are right or will win, you have to respond promptly.

You can, but unless you are purchasing the vehicle with cash, you maybe in trouble, as the likelihood of anyone granting you credit is not likely.

Sometimes this is a good strategy. This protects you from the possibility of future liability in the event you default. On the flip side, your favorable payment history is not reported to the credit bureaus.
