Q: I have decided to dissolve my partnership in LLC with 50/50 partner in NJ. What do i need to do to do?

I am in a LLC 50/50 partnership. I would like to give my 50% to my partner as I no longer want to be part of our business. We have an operating agreement and have agreed that I will be leaving. I need to know what steps to take to make sure I am completely out of the business.

Q: Can you buy airsoft guns in New Jersey? I have found some places that say you can’t, and they are classified as guns.

I am talking about airsoft guns that shoot plastic BBs not metal BBs. Amazon refuses to ship airsoft guns to NJ and some places say they are classified as firearms. I can’t get a straight answer anywhere.
