Best way is to go down to the township municipal court where you got the ticket from, ask them for a copy and update them with your new address. If its a serious ticket with points hire a good lawyer.

I would say that you do have a chance to have the matter put back into court. However, I would suggest you get a copy of the deed from the county clerk's office showing that the plaintiff is not the owner of the property.

Based on your situation, you would not be eligible for automatic visa revalidation (AVR) at this time. The key issue is that your current visa stamp and new I-797 are from different employers, which disqualifies you from using AVR to reenter from Canada or Mexico.

Q: Should a CBD / CBG non-THC product, have a pharmacy label on it per DDD regulation or guideline?

My son is in a group home facility in NJ that accepts CBD products. I was told that staff cannot give it to him without a label on the bottle from the pharmacy. It didn't come from the pharmacy, its derived from Hemp oil and no THC. Is this a state DDD regulations for a person in a group home?

If you die the payment of alimony dies with you. So you do not have to worry about that. Good luck and enjoy your life.
