I was told by law inforcement to take my dog to vet for quarantine but both veterans in my town said the was booked up with no room but told the officer they had room and was waiting on me to bring my dog, now my dog is dead from retaliation I know who killed my dog what can I do about it?

Q: Is suing for wrongful death the same as suing for negligence?

My grandmother recently passed away and we wanted to sue for wrongful death but on the legal papers it says negligence. Are they the same thing? Also can you tell me what Ga code or Ga law you got your answer from?

Q: A misplaced n g tube was Actual Cause of death. Discovered after prescription do I have a path forward to sue?

Actual Cause although mentioned by ER Doctor 5 times, n g tube looped in distal esophagus, tip terminated, coiled in hiatel hernia above diaphragm blocking airway, my family was told septic shock and bowel perforation killed my mother. I feel this has been criminally mishandled.
