Did your phone company tell you that you had violated their EULA? If not, I don't think you have to worry about it.

You need to report this to the police ASAP. Dessimating photos like this without consent is a crime.

You do not have to give the police information within this context. Conversely, they don't have to give you information either.

Texas is an employment at will State. I don't feel you would have any legal recourse. You would need to consult with a labor and employment law attorney. Workers' comp deals with on the job injuries

Q: we are having issues with Century link communications, they are gouging us, we get our rates to a reasonable level and

and the next month the new bill is even higher, we have confermation numbers but the rates is always go higher the next month. To talk to them takes all day and just when you get someone who is working to help you, the call drops. they say the will get this fixed and they never do.

If he is an employee or officer of the company, you may have a civil claim for s x discrimination or sexual harassment. If not, there may be a crime involved, extortion being one of them, so make out a complaint to the applicable police dept.

It seems like you are confusing your first amendment freedoms with "censorship" and a private enterprise's right to control it's content. In any case more information would be necessary as too would further research.
