Yes. You most likely can prevent further burials there unless there are deed restrictions, easements or covenants that all them to be buried there.

Q: After a terrible situation child service was called. My lawyer at the time to plead guilty to neglect to have any hope

Of getting my family back so I did. Now I'm totally screwed on some false allegations. Please any help would be great

You should never plead guilty unless you really are guilty. Hire the best lawyer you can snd go back to court.

Q: Is it legal for my school to not allow staff to leave the campus to go get lunch for ourselves?

Our school has made a district wide decision that no staff member is allowed to leave the campus during our lunch time to go and get food. We have been told that our community has complained that we don't work enough.

Most likely yes. You’d need to look at the collective bargaining l agreement (if there is one) to find the answer.

Q: I need a lawyer for me and my brother being harassed and my brother being unlawfully detained last Thursday.

Because we had the same last name as someone with a national warrant they detained my brother and entered the apartment and woke me with there lights and barking orders without identifying themselves or having probable cause.

Q: I have shared custody of my 11 year old son. The father has not let me know anything about my son’s wellbeing.

I don’t even know who his psychiatrist and therapist are. I just found out that he put sole custody of him when we have shared custody. Can he get in trouble for that?

If the child(ren) are receiving public assistance for healthcare, the 50% reduction does not apply.

You should get an accounting for all services rendered. Any fee earned for work already performed is not recoverable. Any unearned monies should be refunded to you.

Q: I purchased a brand new home from DR Horton in Kentucky and the AC unit malfunctioned due to improper installation.

Q: Someone I know showed up to court and got told he had to do 6 months of paying for a thing that shows he has insurance

If she didn’t have a will, she couldn’t have left anyone anything. With no will, the laws of intestacy under Kentucky law provide for distribution. You can find them set out under KRS Chapter 391.

You will likely have to sue the previous owner to quiet title to the boat. More information is necessary to determine whether fraud is involved.
