If she has put you in a false light by using this photo, then you may have a claim against her. You should first ask her to remove the photo immediately (in writing) though as an alternative to filing a lawsuit.

Businesses are free to employ surveillance in most parts of the business. They cannot do so in changing and bathroom areas, or showers at places like gyms.

Q: If alot of people got scammed from a website out of alot of money for example I invested 1500 was supposed to be a 10%

It was supposed to be a 10% return and u could take ur money out anytime for a fee now no one can take there money out now. The site was a scam and a lot of people got scammed can I sue ?
