In theory you can be sued. Anyone can sue anyone. If you are, send it to your insurance company. If you have no insurance, you will likely not be sued.

Assuming that your grandparents have custody of you through a legal proceeding, to become emancipated (which will allow you to make your own decisions) you will have to file a petition for emancipation in the same custody case. Julie Fowler

It depends on the facts of the case and alternative service methods are sometimes allowed. The focus is generally on trying to give the parent actual notice of the case pending and if not that, at least constructive notice that an action has been filed.

You need to complete the charge problem until it is dismissed or diverted. A conviction will hurt you forever. Talk to your lawyer or hire one that is competent. You will probably be drug tested.

First question, with cash, preferably obtained from his mother. Second question, no, but HE can fight it, and if you are a parent with custody , you have to be there to do so.

You are a child and won't be able to freely decide (or at least as freely as any one in society can) the course of your life until you are 18 or emancipated. So assuming you want to limit your current options to your legal options (which is what someone with a family of their own ought to... View More
