Q: I make about 500 a month at my current job and it isn't enough to pay my full child support payment...my payment is 285

I tried to file for a review to lower it but they told me they won't lower it.. When I first got on child support my worker told me that since I didn't have a job my payment would be 285 a month is there anything I can do about lowering it so I can afford it?

You are out of luck on this one. The plaintiff is not entitled to pay you. It was your choice to hire a lawyer and hiring a lawyer was for your benefit, not the plaintiff's.

Q: My father died 25 years ago without a will. I need to probate his estate now. Are newspaper notices still needed?

This has to do with mineral rights he owned. In 2010, we filed a Death and Heirship document to establish heirs for royalty payments.

Q: Does north dakota require a green card to work?

He will be getting married to a us citizen nov 26th, he has a us social security card, visa, and birth certificate already just no green card yet

No, a green card but an EAD work permit. He will get an EAD about 4-5 months after applying for a green card.

Q: I just bern served a notice of intrntion to evict notice .. Do i have to vacate in 3 days or can i go to court

Q: Do I have a legal right if I have two kids to live in our leased twinhome over my spouse?

Q: Who would I have to talk to if I want to live with my dad and I'm 16?

My mom doesn't want me to live with my dad because then she will have to pay child support and she only wants me to stay so she can use the money she gets from him for rent.

Although I am sure you feel at the middle of this issue, the legal issue here is between your parents. If your parent wants to make a motion based on your wishes (in this case, your father), that is up to your parent.

Q: Can you sue someone for their animals being on your property?

In cases when the dog gets off the chain from their backyard. The dog has been on the property several times.

If they kicked your dog for absolutely no reason, report it to police. If they kicked your dog because your dog was threatening them, let it go. Whether you're allowed to bring your dog to work depends on your work's policies. I know very few workplaces that are welcoming to dogs. Hope that helps!
