And can a crossing guard close down a road so buses can go instead of traffic which then again blocks emergency vehicles as well

A New Hampshire attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for three weeks. It could depend on whether the school or school district imposes any conditions in the interest of child safety that supplement ordinary state and municipal vehicle & traffic laws. A New Hampshire attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for three weeks. Until you're able to consult with a local attorney as to state-specific protections for labs, such situations are generally governed by the agreement between the dentist and the lab. Good luck

Your only hope is to sue her for a constructive/resulting trust, and partition sale thereafter. Hire a competent NH attorney as it will be difficult. A notice lis pendens will need to be filed at suit initiation.

Q: Can you get guardianship of a family member (baby nephew), if both family member and parent agrees, without a hearing!

answered on Nov 7, 2023

I'm confused by your question.

The family member who "agrees" is a baby nephew? How old?

A parent also agrees. What about the other parent?

No, a court would not grant a guardianship without a hearing.

The school might request the parenting plan to determine who can pickup the children on specific days. They certainly don't have grounds to ask for it to be changed or modified.

If your father truly has nothing of value in his estate, and nobody else is responsible for the debt (like a co-signer), then the debt will become uncollectable and no one will be responsible.

Yes they must pay and within a reasonable amount of time up to the amount of the insurance policy limits. For more than that you can proceed against the at fault driver but the insurance will not pay until you give a full release.

If the boat was new and came with a warranty, you may have a valid claim.

If the boat was used and was sold as-is, it is unlikely you have a valid claim.

You do not have to ever record a Deed. But if you do not, then the Deed is only controlling between the Parties in the Deed, with no notice to the world of title. Without recording, others can claim title instead of the actual owner.

Since you apparently did not agree to these terms, it's very doubtful that you are directly liable for it. But be careful, the owner, presumably your landlord, may be liable and he/she may be able to pass the costs onto you through the Lease.
