It's clearly a negligence case. Meaning it is common sense that someone should be notified right away considering the possible rain. You should hire an attorney to write a demand letter.

It sounds like you are being sued on the Note you signed. An attorney can sue the other party for contribution, but collection is another matter. Bankruptcy or a Settlement may be options. If a Judgment goes down, protect your assets and file a Notice of Exempt Property.

It should be traceable IF anybody filed a DMV SR-1 report. Otherwise, I doubt there is any way to know.

Q: If a post office was to forward you letters about your stimulus payment but return the payments to the sender would it

Be considered mail tampering. I have received the letter 1444c three times to my forwarded address but they returned the payment for the notice three times they know what they are doing and I want to know if I could perhaps file a complaint against that post office or whoever is in charge ect.

No. They are not supposed to forward certain things. You need to be sure that the IRS and the government have your proper address. Discuss this with your Congressperson--they have information on how you can get your payments.

Anyone can sue anyone for anything. That doesn’t mean you have a viable claim. I don’t believe such a suit would go far but you are free to sue.

Q: Can I sue me storage facility if my unit was broken into and it was no cameras facing the unit do to them being moved.

When the insurance company contact the office they hadn't even filed a report. Now they have increased my storage unit by almost 50 bucks. We have pictures of the locked being broke and none can tell us how long it has been this way.
