Q: If someone violates probation by failing a drug test will they get out of jail, do rehab or serve their time?

They went to jail in June for possession charges, released in end of July on probation and recently just violated it for failure of a drug test. Is the likelihood of them getting out there? Or will court order them to rehab or will they serve the rest of their time?

Go to the clerks office in Boyd. They have a foreign judgment form you can use to register your legal separation.

First, you have to prove what they stole. If you can, you might be able to keep the land. If not, it’ll probably be divided equally in a divorce proceeding.

Q: Can my ex get in trouble for putting things in my name and not paying for it?

He put the electric, security system, HD me cosign for his car, ran up my credit cards that I made him a user of, and has bread payments under my name too. I'm afraid he's going to not pay the bills and it'll come back on me. I have a daughter with him and I can't afford it.

You cannot force a split of inherited (non marital) property. You can force a split of all property acquired during the marriage ( marital property).

Yes, but youll still need to have it transferred into your name by the Master Commissioner of the county.

It will be very difficult. You will have to prove that you didn't understand or didn't know what options were available to you prior to signing the document.

If the case was dismissed, the judge may not have had authority to order him to be drug tested. THe sequence of events becomes doubly important in this case.

She most likely will not be charged but you should consider taking a juvenile complaint against the 17 yo to have the court order no contact with your daughter.
