Can they give the citation? Yes. If you get your tags updated and show such to law enforcement, can you likely get one or both charges reduced or dropped, probably.

Your factual situation is unusual. You should speak with a criminal defense attorney. Generally you can't get physical in order to protect your space or property from a roommate without the danger of being charged with assault.
I thought the court order says child support not spousal support is this legal for her to do?
answered on Dec 22, 2023
Child support is for support of the children. However, it is owed to the custodial parent, not the children. Thus, if there is back child support, it is owed to the parent that raised the children, not the children.
Does that order include family members or pertain to just he and i?
answered on Dec 4, 2023
It includes the people that are stated on the no contact order. If you aren't sure, contact your defense attorney. Ask to clarify so that you don't accidentally breach the no contact order.
before our initial court hearing, DHHS had hair follicle testing done.
answered on Nov 28, 2023
If DHHS has taken custody of a child with grounds for emergency custody, then they can generally consent to drug testing of the child without the parent's approval. You would need to speak with an attorney directly to see what applies in your specific situation.

In Nebraska, whether you are entitled to anything from the sale of your late father's home depends on several factors, including how the property was owned, your father's will (if he had one), and state inheritance laws. joint account holders have an equal interest in the funds in the account, regardless of who deposited the money. This means that you have a right to withdraw your money from the account, even if your mom doesn't want you to.

You don't have a right to write off the interest owed even if only interest is due at this time. The party that it is owed to may be willing to write it off or agree to a lump sum payment to write off the rest. You would need to contact the party that it is owed to in order to request they... It is ultimately up to the prosecutor whether a criminal case is filed or not. You can't file a criminal action on your own. That being said, you can possibly file a civil action for damages, such as for wrongful death. You would likely need to hire an attorney to assist you with filing such.
