Q: My kid father is very violent and I've been recording him and I tell him I'm recording him. He has been threatening me

and destroyed property. He is trying to take my full custody away because he's from a small town and has had sexual intimacy with the local judge. I live in Kentucky. He says I'm doing it illegally?

Nothing illegal about it. Only one party need give consent to recording in Kentucky. If the judge you referenced is sitting on your case, ask for a new judge.

Most court websites have docket search features which allow you to search for cases by party name. The federal courts have a service called PACER which allows you to do so for all federal courts as well.

Unfortunately, this is a common practice: a salesperson saying whatever he/she can to close a sale. If you're looking for criminal charges, contact the police. If you're looking for civil damages, they problem will be what damage you've sustained? Did they just record the conversation for their own purposes? Have they posted it on a blog or something and it's affected your business?

Q: The 911 Dispatcher told the police I was diagnosed as Paranoid Schizophrenic. I have never been diagnosed with anything.

Technically it could be considered criminal trespass in the third degree if there are clear signs that this is private property or that you are in a housing development or section 8. If you were not charged by the police you likely don’t have anything to worry about.
