Q: My ex-husband gave my address and phone# to my family members that I haven't talked to in years.

I have received multiple letters in the mail and texts/calls from my family members. I have a husband and a baby(with my new husband) it makes us feel unsafe that they know our location. What can I do? Can I sue my ex-husband?

Yes. Uttering (taking a forged check to the bank or otherwise presenting it for payment or something of value) is an element of the offense.

If one did not know that the check was forged they might lack the mens rea (state of mind or requisite intent) to commit the offense.

Husband is being evaluated for home detainment. But, am having a hard time with signing away my 4th amendment rights so he can even be considered. My son is 14, and on the autism spectrum. Would officers inspecting our home be able to search my minor son?

Q: Using burner phone app + Google voice to send messages, do the receiver have legal recourse to get the sender's identity

The apps are Burner and Google voice. Burner allows you to use randomly generated numbers and Google voice is VOIP.

Both the Google voice and burner numbers have been deleted.

The manufacturer of those apps should be able to track them by IP address used.

One thing your friend needs to do is file a grievance and appeal it with the jail staff until he’s exhausted all remedies.

Q: If a motion for failure to indict within 60 days has been signed by the judge, and the bond was $5000 f/c,

Does the court have to remove the bond associated with that charge or can they apply it to two lesser misdemeanor charges that had a bond of $250 a piece, and call it a” blanketbond” ?

They can apply it as a blanket bond. Whether they choose to do so or not is another story.
