Q: Health insurance said they would cover a swim spa for medical reasons with a doctor's recommendation, then decides claim

All paperwork was completed and the swim spa was purchased before we knew it was being denied. Was told by insurance that they agreed they said they would pay for it, but we were given false information. They were denying the claim, even though they stated they were covering it.

Q: My adjuster and Plantiff lawyer against my auto claim is in a standstill of communication.. should I hire lawyer for me?

Just want the negotiation of this claim to get settled. I paid my insurance premiums so I want them to pay within my policy limits.. but thinking a lawyer for me can get this moving faster.

It isn't fully clear what's going on here from the brief description. If you and carrier are not able to come to an agreement on the value of the case, an attorney could advise better after learning about the liability, your damages, the policy, and other elements of the claim. Good luck

You are on the hook. Whatever you are paying apparently isn't reducing the principal. I fail to understand why plaintiff's attorney will not provide you a balance. What they won't do is send you a monthly statement.
