Q: What can I do to protect my child and myself from this?

My husband's ex put my 10yr old daughters name in her custody response motion for his other child numerous of times and is making false accusations against me. She is slandering my daughters and my name.

Q: Can I be removed from a car loan as co owner

It is a vehicle that I co own with my ex husband who I do not talk to because he is abusive

You can be removed from a car loan as co-owner. Most likely, the other owner will need to refinance the vehicle. The loan company is not going to allow you to walk away.

The court will likely summons you when you are charged but could put out a warrant if the judge approves it instead
