Q: Can Walmart go back through video to find shoplifting

I got caught shoplifting at Walmart in Indiana. I was arrested and released on bond. While out on bond a warrant was issued for my arrest for more thefts Walmart found going through video footage. I was arrested again. Can Walmart do this??

If the alleged offenses are misdemeanor thefts and they occurred within the last 2 years, then yes they can file charges against you. If the alleged offenses are felonies, then the State has 5 years to file charges against you.

Post this in FL as you will need an attorney there to advise how to convey in FL. Hopefully only IN intestate succession law applies., which can be cited in the derivation of title clause in your deed out.
