Meet with your attorney to review the court orders in your particular case.
Also, you may consider retaining your private attorney to press for the child support you seek.

Stop by the probate court in the town where they passed. If you are staying in Florida, hire an attorney to do that for you.

No tickets on record. Just one accident
answered on Jan 16, 2019
In the last three years, If you were not at fault, and were not given a citation for the accident, then it is hard to imagine how that could be a prior infraction. If you were at fault, and given a citation, then this is not within the purview of the good driver's statute.

Yes and yes. Both felonies, but there are intent requirements ( knowing and willful, for health care providers, for example).

Sorry I cannot be more specific, but this question requires more details about the facts. Good luck... View More
Two lanes becomes one. Right is coming off from rotary. I was in left lane. Both cars were coming off from main road but opposite direction. I enter the left lane from a traffic light. Then the two lane merged. Who has right of way? There’s no traffic sign to indicate who has to yield.
answered on Dec 14, 2018
A lot depends on the positions of the cars and road markings. Most are marked either by signs or pavement markings showing which lane is the through lane and which lane is being shut down, as it were. Traffic on the main lane would have the right of way unless other vehicles were entering that lane... View More

Chapter 7 is likely the way to go for you since you have no assets. Chapter 13 is a wage earner repayment plan designed for people who have assets they could not otherwise keep. Contact a local bankruptcy attorney who can guide you through the process.
