Q: How do I find a lawyer that will work on either a sliding fee scale or payment plans in the county I live in

You probably would need to call attorneys in your county and ask. There is an off chance you might find an attorney advertising such, but I wouldn't count on it.

If your landlord was negligent, you likely can sue for any vet bills incurred treating your dog.

You cannot obtain a US passport without your parent's knowledge and consent before you reach 18 years of age.

You will need to prove that the director used the security cameras specifically to inappropriately check out you. If he only checked out other female staff members, you will have a difficult time proving damages to you.

You need to get a lawyer and file a writ, If you do not do something fast he will argue that you voluntary let hm have the child.

If they had a Will you need to probate the Will. If they did not have a Will contact a probate lawyer. If you are not the only child unless the other siblings agree you will not be able to put the house in your name,

It depends on what type of protective order that was issued, If it was a 61 day protective order it will expire. If you went to civil court and was granted a protective order it will not go away,

A motion to dismiss cannot be filed by a criminal defendant, or criminal defense attorney, in Texas. Only a prosecutor can file a motion to dismiss.

I don't see how you can recover the full cost of the roof back. But, if you prove those facts, you likely can recover the vent repair costs, doctor's bills and court fees. I would recommend small claims court since you indicate those damages are under $20,000.

Probably not since it was a patient. Your civil claim against your attacker would most likely be characterized as sexual battery.

It should be corrected. This may be require an order nunc pro tunc. The attorney who assisted you with the original order ought to be able to help you correct that fairly quickly.

As long as you (or he) has been a domiciliary of Texas for the preceding six months and a resident of Webb County for the preceding 90 days, you can file a petition for divorce in Laredo.

Q: My parent gifted me 4 fake Lego sets and pretended it was the real thing, do they have to reimburse me in any way?

If they bought the real sets, they would have spent about 50 dollars more than the fake sets, around 560 dollars. Now the combined value of the real sets would be around 2600 dollars.

If you purchased the car new, yes you probably have a case.

If you purchased the car used, it is unlikely you have a case against the dealership but you may have a case against any mechanic you hired to perform a pre-purchase inspection.
