Q: OK my son was indicted on a seven count indictment how should indictment with two party's be worded

The indictment is word as is are charged as party and party to the crime but does not say which is which is this flawed

Probation being revoked states the case goes back to original sentencing. Even if I was on probation the court would be the one to order my license being held. Your lawyer should write a letter to the judge and ask him/her to order probation to return your license. You may also be able to clear your license with the DMV and simply get a new license from them if your statutory revocation period has ended and you are no longer on probation supervision.

Apparently your case was bound over to the Grand Jury. So you need an attorney to represent you there to possibly try it. If it was bound over, it was not dismissed. And even then the State can still seek an Indictment. Talk to your lawyer.

You can go straight to PFO 1 without having first been a PFO 2.
