Q: Re: Chapter 24 - Forcible Entry and Detainer Section 24.0061. Writ of possession Does court have to notify me?

I could not attend the hearing and I did not know what the judgment was.

Yes. A constable must physically deliver the writ of possession to you at the premises either by handing it to you in person or by posting it on the main entry door.

If you are the Landlord and have given proper written notice as required by law, you can file an eviction lawsuit in justice of the peace court.

Your question states a non sequitur. A statute of limitations sets the time within which a lawsuit must be filed. Obviously, a lawsuit cannot be won unless and until it is filed. Q: I inherited land 80 acres and 20 acres undivided was sold and I just found out there is someone living on it

Q: profanity in mailed advertisement material

Hello, I receive advertisement material which uses "masked" profanity language (F*it,F*word). I find it offensive, especially if children can take it from the mailbox. Can I sue the sender?

I can think of no legal cause of action that would allow for compensation on these facts. Typically, being "offended" does not constitute compensable legal damages.

Q: If the notary that stamped the will says she didnt stamp the will thats in probate is that a big deal ?

if so could i get the will removed from the record? having a two year long battle in court one would think this information would put the cat in the bag. Nothing was ever mentioned of it.....She also wrote the will this notary and she told me that will is not the one she wrote for my grandparents.

If you think you are an heir, then hire a TX attorney to contest the Will being Probated. If no Probate, then "Will" means nothing.
