Q: If someone threatens or says they can obtain private information from the FBI about me, could I press charges on them.

I was at their house and she told me she could obtain private information on me. It was verbally said. I was not the only one who heard this as well. I have 2 other witnesses.

Yes, you could send them a cease and desist letter. The issue with that is you don’t really know who they are and it’s likely to be ineffective. Why are cases allowed to be published when #1 Defendant is dead. #2 Cases are dismissed? Employers use online information to determine hiring statuses. This is not fair, if someone wants to know my legal dealings, go to the courthouse and file FOIL. Am I correct?

Q: Can I ride with my dog in the bed of my pick up?

I always tie him down to one of my bed corner with a leash. As far I know there's no law in Louisville ky that prohibit that. But was recently warned that it could consider animal cruelty. Is that true?

It could be construed as animal cruelty by some groups. Better practice would be to secure a crate in one corner of the bed and let him ride in the crate.
