You had the duty to get the freezer. Covid would not have prevented you from getting the freezer. I don't see a claim. She isn't required to keep the electric running for you forever. But get a few more answers.

Q: If I get a flat from a pothole can I sue or have the state pay for my tire?

I hit a small, but SUPER deep pothole on a sharp corner where it was unavoidable and got a flat tire due to hitting it. Can I get the city to pay for the tire or sue for the money?

Keep contacting general practitioners to file suit for breach of contract until you find one. There is probably a short SOL in the warranty contract.

Yes. You can have whomever you like along with you for the meeting with your attorney. The lawyer may want you to acknowledge that you are waiving attorney client privilege for subjects discussed at the meeting.

You should seek counsel familiar with Maryland’s Lemon Law. It is tricky but I have found that once counsel gets involved, the buyer gets a response. Again there are certain procedural and timing requirements that competent counsel can assist you with.

You should hire an attorney licensed in the state where the probate case is. Theoretically you could find an attorney near you who is also licensed in the state where the probate is. For example, I live and work in Tennessee and am also licensed in Arizona and California and three other states.
