Q: I recently graduated from my second masters in April 2024. My 60 days grace period is over. My perm is in analyst review

My school says they can’t access my program end date as they don’t have any option. I don’t have visa to travel outside the country and come back. My perm has a priority date of sept 2023. My school says I could stay while my green card is in process. What options I have?

You have not stated a harm for which the law provides a remedy. If the child is not actually in the district then the school has no duty to educate her.
