Q: Can I plead not guilty to a speeding ticket written incorrectly?

I do not have the stat/ordinance in front of me to confirm what you are saying, however assuming you state the truth, then you contest the ticket on that basis, however, a trier of fact can still find you guilty of speeding , just not over 20 mph. I suggest that you consult with a lawyer in your... View More

If you have a written lease, then most likely not. You should ask your landlord where in the written lease it allows him to boot you earlier than 2 years. You can do this review or you can hire a lawyer to do this review.
