The bankruptcy does not stay the issuance of the writ of possession.

Q: Can a group of individuals target a person in the state of Texas and watch them 24/7 inside their home and or apartment

Track them everywhere they go saying it's drugs when I don't have a background history of drugs

Yes, a group of private individuals as long as they do so otherwise lawfully. For example, they could not break into the person's home to plant a hidden camera or microphone.

A court-appointed attorney or public defender can and should represent a defendant with the same zeal using the same legal procedures that a retained privately paid attorney uses.

Pick him up and leave with him. Your ex-wife does not have the power to prevent it. She may not like it. She may yell and argue and stomp her foot. She may threaten to call the police or to take you to court. But she is powerless to prevent it.
