Q: My job has switched to a new payroll company, it’s automatically clocking us out for lunch even though we don’t get one

I work at a gas station for a Native American tribe. We don’t get lunches, but if you work over 8 hours the new payroll is automatically taking out 30 minutes for lunch, we don’t have an option to leave for lunch. They’re not paying us for the lunch we can’t take

Q: If i am underage and my employer is taking me off the schedule because i called out of work sick is it illegal?
