The Texas OAG is required by law to report child support to the credit bureaus. If they made a mistake, you can file a dispute with the credit bureau to have the mistake corrected, just like with any other creditor. I note that child support is almost always due on the first day of each month.... View More

Q: Can I file a law suit against restaurants for claiming to sell for instance a 6 piece wings and it’s not 6 but 3 split

Q: Does a husband have to accept from a process server a summons that names only the wife on it? Or has to give to her?

Unfortunately, bar counsel has the sole discretion whether to pursue a grievance against an attorney. You cannot appeal their decision.

Q: I recently bought some items in Roblox, (Vietnam Edition), now VN edition is shutting down, i will be banned. Can i sue?

So Roblox has a contract with a company called VNG.

Account switched to VNG can't go back to Roblox.

Now the contract is over, and all VNG accounts will be banned. Including all their items, purchases.

Can I sue for not refunding my purchases?
