Q: What should I do if I was scammed out of money from a Google App store Forex site? They commited fraud and deceived me.

I was trading Forex from a Website that was Fraudulant. Do I need an Attorney or hire a Refund Recovery Team? Where should I file complaints? this company was supposedly located in Virginia. Found out they are probably in another country. Help?

Ask again to get your property. Otherwise you will have to file suit for an Action to Recover Property and/or Conversion in General Sessions Court. Be certain who it is that has your property, as you may have to sue two defendants. Loan co. will have an agent for service of process.

You could, but you will not win. You have no damages, because you realized the ad was misleading. You also could not file a lawsuit like this in small claims, you would have to file in District or Superior Court which means hiring an attorney.
