You call another firm and they substitute in on the file, at the end of the case the firms will discuss how to split the same 15%. That makes it a bit harder to find someone, but not impossible. In many Florida Chapter 7 cases, keeping both vehicles may be possible, but it depends on how the vehicles are titled, your available exemptions, and your overall asset picture.
