To qualify as a Physical Therapist under the TN visa category you need a "Baccalaureate or Licenciatura Degree; or state/provincial license". There is no rule that says you cannot delete old social media content before applying for a visa.
People clean up or remove old posts for many reasons. Simply deleting content is not, by itself, a basis for visa denial.
