More information is needed. Whether it was an indictable crime (felony) or a disorderly persons offense (misdemeanor), after 15 years you are eligible to expunge. Generally speaking, technical typos or errors in the notice other than the information that is statutorily required will not be cause to dismiss or delay the eviction, unfortunately.
