As a legal co-owner of the home, you have the same right to possession and access as she does if she inherited, or was deeded, your ex-husband's interest in the home.

You probably should get a certified copy of the deed and your divorce decree reflecting that you retain co-ownership...

No. A will cannot give away your ownership interest in Texas real property.
